  • Advising a commercial bank in connection with a refinancing exercise for a commercial car parks operator including advising on including loan notes, drafting and negotiating cross guarantees and debentures by new group members and legal charges and approving certificates of title prepared by the borrower’s solicitors.
  • Acting for the sole funder in relation to a £10 million redevelopment of a midlands town centre with a due diligence process that included reviewing and approving surrender documentation, planning agreements and multiple pre-let agreements to secure key tenants.
  • Advising the lead bank in the £6.5 million funding of a state of the art and innovative recycling and composting facility in north Kent.
  • Acting for a leading commercial bank in relation to a £11 million funding for development of industrial estate land in west Kent which includes a new ASDA superstore.
