Facilities & Premises Administration Assistant

Working in our facilities team I carry out a range of administrative tasks.

 

My days are varied and can include tasks such as logging post, responding to internal requests, setting up meeting rooms, stock control, photocopying and scanning. I also support our Records Management team with a number of tasks.

 

I enjoy my role as it enables me to work with other teams at the firm, assisting them with any queries.
