My experience
Led the UK acquisitions programme of a Spanish group specialised in domiciliary care since 2016 – some 25 transactions in five and a half years.
Provided legal advice and assistance to the French Tourism Agency in the UK.
Project managed all legal aspects of the UK development of a French brand of retail and industrial bakery for some 20 years.
Retained as lead UK legal counsel for a pan-European €820 million-turnover French group Manutan.
Advised a Franco-German group on the acquisitions of a world-leading synthetic equestrian surfaces group based in the UK, Australia, Hong-Kong and the US.
