Training and Development

We have a great camaraderie at Cripps. We don’t just live to work. Our people have organised a number of sports, social and cultural groups that help you have fun and get to know colleagues better.
Cricket, football, polo and netball matches have become popular items on the social calendar. Whether we’re playing clients or other firms, it’s healthy fun that usually ends up in the pub afterwards.
We also have groups interested in art, music and cinema, and organise activities to raise money for a nominated local charity each year.

Our headquarters are in the middle of the beautiful and historic town of Tunbridge Wells. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby. Trains to London take just 45 minutes.
