Life at Cripps is empowering and fulfilling. You’ll enjoy our friendly, collaborative working environment, and be rewarded fairly for the work you do. You’ll never just be a resource to perform a function; you’ll always be treated like a valued member of the Cripps team.
We are based in Kent but work in London so you’ll get the best of both worlds without the commute. You’ll have the opportunity to do complex and challenging work for both large commercial organisations and private individuals while enjoying a positive work-life balance.
The salaries we offer are competitive. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous pension, private medical insurance, death in service cover, income replacement insurance, and an employee assistance programme.
You can also participate in our firm wide profit-sharing scheme. When we do well everyone gets rewarded.
Training and development
Effective training is how we maintain standards and give our people room to grow. We encourage you to push us as much as we push you to fulfil your potential.
You’ll be invited to join seminars, workshops, and IT training sessions to help with our finance and billing systems. You’ll also receive skill-boosting sessions on time management, negotiation, client care, communication and presentations.
We have a great camaraderie at Cripps. We don’t just live to work. Our people have organised a number of sports, social and cultural groups that help you have fun and get to know colleagues better.
Cricket, football, polo and netball matches have become popular items on the social calendar. Whether we’re playing clients or other firms, it’s healthy fun that usually ends up in the pub afterwards.
We also have groups interested in art, music and cinema, and organise activities to raise money for a nominated local charity each year.
Other highlights include our annual black tie summer ball, games nights, team building exercises, and end of quarter drinks.
Our headquarters are in the middle of the beautiful and historic town of Tunbridge Wells. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby. Trains to London take just 45 minutes.
We have a thriving second home in Kings Hill, which is surrounded by an area of outstanding natural beauty. We also have an office in London.
