The promoter is: Cripps LLP (company no. OC311169) whose registered office is at 22 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, TN4 8AS (the “Promoter”).
This competition is open to participants aged 18 years or over. This competition is not open to any employees of Cripps LLP or anyone else connected with the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Any eligible individuals who subscribe to the “Cripps Charities and not for profit” blog between 05 December 2017 and 31 January 2018 will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a Chapel Down hamper (the “Prize”). Any subscribers who do not wish to be entered for the draw should contact firstname.lastname@example.org to ask to be removed.
Only one entry will be accepted per person.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that it deems to be inappropriate or in breach of these terms and conditions.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received. Neither the Promoter nor its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter.
Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by you arising from participating in the competition, whether due to any error, omission by the Promoter or its employees, agents or others or by any other cause.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the competition or amend the campaign or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted in an updated version of these terms and conditions.
The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
The winner will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an email to email@example.com within 14 days after the closing date of the competition.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner using the process described above.
The Promoter will notify the winner as to when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
