Employment Event: Let’s discuss dress-codes, uniforms and discrimination

This event provides a review and discussion of the discrimination issues and risks which arise from the application of workplace dress-codes and uniform rules, including:

– Religious dress and respect for religious and cultural practices
– The discrimination risks of gender-based dress codes
– Supporting transgender employees
– Personal appearance rules – facial hair, tattoos and piercings

Join us for a discussion on and a case study, to share experiences and ideas to implement when reviewing dress codes or managing practical situations involving these issues.
