Events Executive

About the role

Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a an Events Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal and external events, both online and offline. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to think quickly and make decision when under pressure.

Working within the business development and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a wide variety of events from roundtables and networking events through to conferences and online webinars. Recent and future events include sponsoring a garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, wine tastings at Kent vineyards, exhibiting at the Pharmacy Show and an online AI webinar series. This is a great opportunity for someone who is innovative and wants to push the boundaries in creating memorable and impactful experiences through events.

While this role can be based out of any of our offices, you will be expected to travel to different event locations in London, Kent and Sussex.

About you

Ideally, you will have experience working in a professional services environment and demonstrate proven skills in event planning and coordination. With your strong project management skills and an ability to manage multiple task simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach to event planning and execution. Given your passion for technology, you will excel in using virtual event platforms ( Zoom & Microsoft Teams) and familiarity with digital tools, email marketing and vide editing, just to name a few
