Providing legal and policy advice for the redevelopment of an eight floor building to form a 97-bedroom student hall of residence. We negotiated s106 planning obligations to provide an additional level of control over on-going use required by the Local Authority. This was in order to monitor and manage the use of the development and the relationship with the local community.
