As a senior associate in the commercial real estate team, I act for individuals, landed estates, property developers and investors across all sectors.
I work on a full range of commercial real estate transactions.
My particular focus is on landlord and tenant work and investment work. The former involves advising landlords and tenants across a variety of sectors, dealing with agreements for lease; leases; lease renewals and associated asset management work.
I also advise on investment acquisitions and disposals.
