With over 17 years’ experience, my role includes advising and supporting employers large and small, senior executives and professionals on the full range of employment matters.
I am a regular speaker and commentator on employment issues for national media, newspapers and trade and legal journals, including Radio 4, The Times, The Financial Times, The Evening Standard, The Guardian and City AM.
My practice has a particular emphasis on employment tribunal litigation, restructuring, employee relations issues, disciplinary and grievances and senior employee exit strategies.
