My role is to support the development of employees at Cripps.
A part of my role is to provide learning opportunities for all employees, ensuring training received is engaging, effective and interesting. I design and deliver in-house learning solutions as well as sourcing suitable providers where it is more appropriate.
I enjoy making learning more readily available at the firm through the use of various media including eLearning, social learning and more traditional classroom learning.
I have very good attention to detail, while still being able to see the bigger picture. This allows me to seamlessly identify and combine the needs of the firm with learner needs.
