I have many years’ experience in plot sales and residential conveyancing, acting for a variety of private and commercial clients in their property transactions.
I joined the real estate team at Cripps in 2021 and am enjoying learning new skills and furthering my legal knowledge. As part of a busy team, I provide support to our lawyers with a variety of tasks involved in the asset management of our client’s shopping centres.

My experience
Advising on the sale of a multi-let property for a global real estate investor. The complex, which had redevelopment potential, comprised of a 149-bed Travelodge, 40,228 sq. ft. of offices, and 60,444 sq. ft. of retail, let to tenants including McDonalds, Clydesdale Bank and Greggs.
