As a legal secretary in the residential property team, I assist with the day-to-day running of files, ensuring everything is done in a timely and orderly manner to try and achieve the best possible completion date.
I aim to be a friendly point of contact for our clients, assisting them with one of life’s most stressful experiences. This involves keeping them in the loop and ensuring they are aware of the different stages of their transaction and the next steps. I like to build relationships with our clients, so they feel they can contact with me with any questions they have.
