My role is within the service desk and back office teams.  Involved in all things IT, escalating calls to third parties for fault resolution and assisting with IT projects in their conception and delivery.

 

With over 20 years in the IT industry, I have extensive experience that is a beneficial to my colleagues.  My recent work history has included people and project management, both of these skills I use on a daily basis.
