I am a consultant for our central services division. My core role is devising and driving the firm’s technology strategy, ensuring our clients and client service is at the heart of everything we do.
With over 20 years’ experience in a technology focused role within law firms, my current role is to ensure that we have technology strategy that supports our business and our clients’ needs today, and in the future.
Our goal is to embrace technology that enables the best client experience.

My passion is to engage with people to understand their needs and challenges and translate that into how technology can help.

My experience
In my last role as global head of IT service delivery at Clyde & Co, I successfully transformed the quality of technology service and support for the firm.
I joined a start-up law firm, building the technology systems and capabilities from day one. I became their CIO and supported their ultimate merger.
I started by providing technology support within a law firm. I then qualified as a Microsoft-certified systems engineer. This background has given me an excellent grounding in technology.
