My experience
Advised on the restructure of various companies in the Czech Republic and USA to create a group structure and to pass ultimate ownership to a family investment company.
Advised a UK company on the separation of the trading and property businesses in preparation for a sale to a third party involving equity and debt restructuring.
Acted for a prominent fruit supplier on the restructuring of its group via a solvent section 110 Insolvency Act reorganisation and non-statutory demerger.
Reorganised a corporate structure to facilitate the exit of some original founders by way of a management buyout.
Sale of a large insurance business to an intermediary group with several categories of selling shareholder.
Implemented lifetime tax planning advice and the separation of several diverse businesses owned by the same company by way of a section 110 demerger.
