My role involves managing the day to day operational side of HR. I have responsibility for maintaining our standard HR processes and providing practical support and advice to partners and managers on a wide range of employment matters.
I enjoy that no one day is the same in my role and I am able to work closely with such a wide range of people. Having an active role in improving processes and operations as a whole is hugely satisfying.
Experience has taught me never to panic, there is always a solution even if it takes a little time to find the right one sometimes.
