Senior Learning & Development Manager
I am responsible for the learning & development function throughout the firm. This involves designing and delivering training, organising coaching and mentoring programmes and providing skills and management training to assist staff from across the firm with their chosen career path.
I very much enjoy the quality of work at Cripps and the opportunity to provide creative tailored learning solutions which combine traditional approaches with e-learning, that are of real benefit to my colleagues, the firm and ultimately our clients.
