Acquisition of the assets of Great British Chefs by Food Publishing Ltd

Cripps is delighted to have advised Food Publishing Ltd on the acquisition of the assets of Great British Chefs Ltd (in administration). The company, predominantly known for its websites, www.greatbritishchefs.com and www.greatitalianchefs.com, publishes over 3000 recipes from some of the world’s greatest chefs as well as producing the popular Great British Chefs Cookbook featuring 120 recipes from sixty of the best chefs cooking in Britain.
