Cripps advises Ed-Tech platform Boclips

Cripps has provided financing advice to support Boclips’ recent acquisition of US-based Listenwise.

London based Boclips is a video content aggregation and distribution network that provides online learning and education providers around the world access to curated and rights cleared curriculum aligned video assets.

The acquisition of Listenwise, an award-winning listening skills platform, strengthens their product offering in all key markets and creates the world’s only business-to-business educationally curated, rights cleared video and audio assets at such a large scale.

The Cripps team was led by Craig Bowers (Banking), James Beatton (Corporate) and Hannah Morris (Banking).
