Learning Management System Coordinator (FTC)

We are looking for a Learning Management System Coordinator to join our people team to cover a period of maternity leave.

If you are really passionate about digital learning tools and how they can empower and add value to an employee, then this role will allow you to make a tangible impact on the firm. Working closely with our talent development manager, this role will see you being responsible for the day to day management and coordination of our Learning Management System (LMS) and online learning resources/content. As the LMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for a number of tasks including:

  • Co-ordinate all aspects of the LMS, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Upload and maintain all digital learning available on the system, working closely with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the latest versions are rolled out to the firm as appropriate
  • Collate and monitor feedback to improve the use of learning technologies
  • Ensure that all learning technology processes are documented to ensure continual service delivery.

It’s an exciting time to consider joining us as the people team have a number of large projects to be delivered this year and have already selected our new LMS (LearnAmp), which we have just launched. The role would therefore require the successful individual to have experience of working within a Talent Development/Learning & Development team with ideally some experience of LMS applications. The role would also enable to you to become upskilled in our e-learning tools (we use Articulate Rise and Storyline), so that you can scope, design and develop digital learning for the business.

Hybrid working
