Future Leaders: How to become a future leader
We are excited to announce that our next Future Leaders event is here!
We would like to invite you to join us for coffee, pastries and an interactive breakfast workshop with Helen Guinness, an experienced leadership consultant and executive coach.
Helen has over forty years’ experience consulting, coaching and delivering leadership development programmes to organisations in the UK and internationally. Her work focuses on helping individuals at all levels develop the mindset, confidence and skills needed to become effective leaders. As organisations continue to evolve, the expectations placed on leaders are changing. While technical expertise and professional experience remain important, the leaders who stand out are those who can adapt, inspire others and guide teams through growth and change.
In this interactive breakfast workshop, Helen will explore what it takes to become a future leader, drawing on her extensive experience and supporting us on our journey into leadership roles.
During the session, Helen will discuss:
- what it takes to become an effective leader in today’s workplace;
- the qualities and behaviours that define strong future leaders;
- common challenges people face when stepping into leadership roles; and
- practical ways you can develop your own leadership style and impact.
