We have built a multi-disciplinary team who understands the market trends and the issues you are facing. We immerse ourselves in your sector, with several of our lawyers having come from in-house roles, while also encouraging secondments and days spent on site, to fully appreciate the client environment and perspective.

I cannot recommend Rachel enough as the ‘go to’ person for property legal advice. She has consistently provided our business with exceptional support on various property transactions. Rachel’s clear advice and guidance have been invaluable in helping us navigate complex legal issues with ease.
Rachel and I have worked together on the delivery of countless development finance facilities and I have always found her to be the perfect blend of approachable, fair and knowledgeable. She has regularly gone beyond the call of duty, including working on late into the evening, and indeed over weekends, to ensure that matters are progressed – even when there have been delays and frustrations encountered out of her control. I wouldn’t hesitate to, and in fact regularly do, recommend her to colleagues and other contacts in the industry. A particularly safe pair of hands.
Whatever the subject is, Cripps teams provide me with outstanding insight and client oriented advice
