I am an associate in the corporate team, advising founders, management teams, investors and established businesses on a wide range of corporate transactions. I have experience across acquisitions and disposals, investment rounds, joint ventures and group reorganisations, alongside ongoing day‑to‑day corporate advisory work.
I also regularly advise on employee share schemes and work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver coordinated, joined‑up advice where matters cut across multiple practice areas.
I lead workstreams end‑to‑end, anticipating issues early and providing clients with timely, pragmatic guidance throughout a matter. Clients value my clear, practical approach, responsiveness and calm support under pressure. I focus on what really matters, translating complex legal issues into concise, commercially focused advice that helps clients make confident decisions, maintain momentum and manage risk.
Where transactions have an international element, I work closely with overseas counsel to ensure advice is aligned and the transaction progresses smoothly.
