I am an associate in the corporate transactional team where I advise businesses across a wide range of sectors on corporate governance support, general corporate advice, corporate restructure, acquisitions and disposals.
I am involved at all stages of corporate M&A transactions from due diligence to completion assisting clients across various sectors such as insurance and healthcare.
I have a keen interest in legal technology, striving for innovative ways that we can deliver the best possible legal services to our clients. I am specifically involved in the piloting and training of others in the corporate transactional team on the use of the legal technology tools we have at our disposal here at Cripps.
