I am an associate in the corporate transactional team, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, restructurings and a wide range of corporate advisory matters. I have particular experience advising businesses operating in the healthcare and early years sectors.
I enjoy building strong relationships with clients and taking the time to understand their businesses and long-term objectives. This enables me to provide practical and commercially focused advice that is tailored to their needs.
I also have a keen interest in legal technology and the role it can play in improving the delivery of legal services. I enjoy exploring innovative ways to use technology to enhance efficiency and support better outcomes for our clients.
