I am a paralegal in the private wealth team, where I assist clients with obtaining grants of representation and administering estates.
My role includes advising and acting for clients on a range of probate matters, including estate valuation, inheritance tax calculations, preparing HMRC returns and Probate Registry applications. I also assist our lawyers with preparing life planning documents, including wills and LPAs.
