I am a paralegal in the transactional services team in the corporate group, where I assist on transactions and provide ad-hoc support.
My role includes efficiently delivering due diligence by managing data rooms, supporting clients with information gathering and providing corporate governance support. I also assist with our company secretarial service, providing ad-hoc support and document drafting.
I work closely with our corporate lawyers, enabling me to expand my legal knowledge and provide our clients with the best possible support.
My completion of the Legal Practice Course (2022) in July 2022 has further enhanced my expertise, by providing me with comprehensive training and practical experience in various areas of law relevant to corporate practice.
