I am a partner and head of London and urban estates at Cripps. I advise great estates, estate owners, ultra high net worth individuals, companies, trusts and developers on complex residential and mixed use property matters, with a particular focus on prime central London.
With more than two decades of experience in residential landlord and tenant law, I combine specialist legal expertise with strategic commercial advice. My work ranges from protecting individual property interests and resolving high value disputes to advising on the ownership and management of substantial estates.
My clients include those whose investment and stewardship help shape some of London’s most extraordinary places. I help them protect asset value, respond to legal and regulatory change and balance commercial priorities with the identity and legacy of their estates.
