I am a senior associate and mediator in the family team. Clients value me for my pragmatic, straightforward and outcome-based approach and my commitment to seeking out-of- court solutions.
My role involves advising on a broad range of family law matters, including financial matters arising from divorce and separation, arrangements for children, domestic violence injunctions and nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
Whilst I have a broad range of experience in conducting matters through the court process, where that is necessary, I am committed to exploring cost-effective and outcome-based solutions that put the individual needs of each of my clients and their children first. I seek to provide my clients with solutions that reduce conflict and allow them to move on with their lives as swiftly as possible. I am also a qualified mediator, which allows me to work closely with couples together to reach amicable resolutions that ultimately meet the aims and objectives of the entire family.
I also assist partners with complex financial matters often involving an international element as well as advising on sensitive and complex children disputes, including internal and external relocation and allegations of abuse.
