Operating as a trusted adviser to partners, I lead the development and delivery of sector business development plans, oversee high-value pitches and client initiatives, and apply senior judgement to ensure focus, consistency and impact. I connect marketing, client and BD activity to drive pipeline development, strengthen market profile and deliver measurable results. Building trusted, long-term relationships with partners, clients and intermediaries, while providing constructive challenge and leadership, is central to my approach.
Coming from a barristers’ chambers background, I bring a distinctive perspective to legal business development, combining strong commercial awareness with meticulous execution. I am also passionate about supporting gender initiatives and increasing female representation in leadership roles across the legal and real estate sectors.
