I am a senior associate specialising in high value residential and rural property, including country homes, landed estates and agricultural holdings. Over the past few years, I have led or been involved in some of the firm’s highest-value and most complex landed estate and rural property matters.

Clients value my clear and practical advice and my ability to manage transactions efficiently from start to finish. I also work closely with colleagues across our wider property, development, planning, corporate and private wealth teams to provide coordinated support where development, planning, tax or succession issues arise.

I maintain strong relationships with rural agents, surveyors, accountants and other professionals to ensure transactions progress smoothly, particularly where matters are complex or time sensitive.

Exchanged contracts on the sale of a listed ex-National Trust property with planning and title issues for £5.8 million to an UHNW buyer within 48-hours of instruction.

Advising HNW individuals on the purchase of a grade II* country home with multiple title and planning issues.

Advising a HNW individual on the purchase of a high value equine stud property.

Acted for executors on the £18m sale of a 1,356-acre mixed-use agricultural estate, managing contract farming issues, occupational tenancies alongside residential and commercial property.

Acted on the sale of a £3.3m country property which included a listed farmhouse, an annexe, groom’s accommodation, stables, manége, swimming pool and land subject to grazing arrangements.
