I advise housebuilders, developers, land promoters and landowners on a wide range of residential development matters, including site acquisitions, strategic land transactions, development projects and disposals. I have acted for a wide range PLC housebuilders, regional and local developers, land promoters and land traders and deliver practical and commercially driven advice throughout the process.

With over 10 years’ experience, my role includes advising developers, landowners and promoters in navigating complex development and real estate transactions.

I am known for building strong client relationships and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice. By taking a proactive approach and understanding clients’ objectives, I help deliver successful outcomes while managing risk throughout the development lifecycle.

I work closely with clients to understand their commercial and strategic needs.

My experience

Instructed in relation to a sale of land with the benefit of outline planning permission to a national developer including ensuring that land being retained by the client retains the ability to be developed using access and services located on the land being sold.

Instructed in relation to a collaboration agreement between two developers relating to land located on either side of a main road, including also 6 option agreements and accompanying documents with each landowner forming part of the development land attributable to the developer instructing me.

Instructed in relation to the acquisition of a parcel from a wider site which included in addition to the sale agreement, a legal charge relating to deferred payments, planning overage, affordable housing sale, buy-back agreement and a planning collaboration agreement.
