I focus on the recruitment, development and nurturing of individuals on a pathway to qualification, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled legal talent for the firms continued growth.
I have a strong HR background within law firms, supporting and developing talent to reach their full potential. My focus is on building future-ready lawyers equipped for the challenges of modern legal practice.
My role is to attract, develop, and retain the firm’s future lawyers, which includes managing recruitment of our training contract programme and supporting individuals through this journey, alongside wider initiatives within the future talent team.
I work in close collaboration with the team to support other pathways to the profession, such as our solicitor apprenticeship programme. I am passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture and thrive on supporting all those at the start of their legal career with ambition to achieve.
