I am a banking and finance partner in our corporate team providing commercial, practical and strategic advice to lenders, businesses, corporates and investors.
With 17 years’ experience in banking and finance, I advise on a range of financing including corporate lending and acquisition financing. Much of my career has involved leading large, complex and cross-border financings, often acting for lenders, navigating different jurisdictions and coordinating multiple parties (including management teams, shareholders and their advisers) to deliver transactions efficiently and commercially.
I work closely with clients from the outset of the transaction, taking the time to understand their objectives, priorities and wider commercial considerations. I develop long-standing relationships and provide clear, commercial advice, combining detailed technical knowledge with an understanding of the wider objectives and pressures that drive each transaction.
