I advise on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work, with a particular focus on M&A and private equity.
I have experience working in West Africa on cross-border transactions at the intersection of finance, TMT and energy.
