I am a senior associate in the corporate team, I advise on a range of corporate matters.
My primary focus is mergers and acquisitions. I consider myself to be a problem solver, and enjoy getting to grips with issues quickly and identifying appropriate solutions. Having already spent a number of years with the team, I have developed a strong set of analytical and problem-solving skills, which I apply to every matter I work on.
