I am an associate in the contentious trusts and probate team, having qualified in 2025. Prior to this I completed a two year training contract, a Masters law conversion and a Legal Practice Course.

My practice principally focuses on advising individuals, executors, trustees, and professionals on disputes involving wills, estates, and trusts.

My background means I bring extensive hands‑on experience, practical insight and early exposure to complex disputes. I am particularly experienced in claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and challenges to the validity of wills.

I aim to provide clear, personal, pragmatic guidance that balances legal risk with sensitivity to family dynamics inherent in probate disputes.

Areas of expertise:

  • High-value 1975 Act claims
  • Will validity challenges (capacity, undue influence, fraud)
  • Removal of executors and trustees

Qualifications and memberships

  • Admitted as a solicitor in September 2025
  • BsC Biology (hons)
  • MA law
  • LPC (distinction)
