I’m an associate in Cripps’ construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction matters.
I advise clients on the drafting and negotiation of building contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties for a wide range of commercial projects, from refurbishment and fit-out works to larger development schemes.
I take a practical and collaborative approach, working closely with clients and project teams to navigate complex legal and commercial issues, find pragmatic solutions and help projects progress from procurement through to completion.
