As an associate in the employment team I advise both employers and workers on a range of employment matters, assisting them with any issues they may encounter.
My role includes advising both organisations and individuals on a wide variety of employment issues including providing HR support and dealing with any potentially contentious matters.
I enjoy working both as part of a team and alone, always approaching any tasks enthusiastically and ensuring that any deadlines are met. I listen to what my client wants and will work closely with them to help achieve the right solution.
No two days are the same and I enjoy the challenge that each day brings.
