I have particular experience in data protection, IPR and IT, charity law and complex outsourcing.
I also specialise in corporate insolvency (with a focus on advising insolvency practitioners and creditors), factoring, invoice discounting and asset-based lending, and hold the R3 Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency.
