I am a partner in the construction team where clients appreciate my calm and practical approach to facilitating successful development projects.

I advise on all aspects of non-contentious construction matters, covering the full range of construction and engineering projects for a diverse range of clients at every stage of the supply chain, including property developers, institutions, public authorities, contractors, consultants and funders.

I specialise in all forms of procurement route and the drafting of all forms of construction documentation for projects including mixed-use regeneration schemes, infrastructure projects, residential developments, exhibition centres and arts projects, industrial units, shopping centres and the maintenance of other property portfolios.

My experience

Acting for a major supplier of drinking water on their construction contracts for the upgrade and maintenance of their water treatment works and other infrastructure.

Acting for Slough Borough Council on the regeneration of Slough, including a new library, a new football stadium for Slough Town FC and substantial housing and community projects.

Acting for Liberty Property Trust on the development of its 800-acre site at Kings Hill in Kent, comprising over 800,000 sq. ft. of business property, homes, retail, education and leisure facilities.

Acting on the development of a new college at a major university consisting of 800+ new student bedrooms and a central social hub building for around £50 million.

Acting for an overseas property fund on the refurbishment of the iconic Aldwych Quarter, on The Strand in London, together with construction support on the subsequent lettings.

Advising Crossrail on the development of a new goods station at Paddington New Yard and a scheme at Woolwich Station, including negotiation construction document.
