My experience

Advised Adept Technology Group Plc on their successful acquisition of the Datrix group.

Advised longstanding client, the J. Clubb group of companies and its shareholders, on the sale of the group to Agar Dry Mortar Holdings Limited.

Advised the shareholders of Integrated Technologies Ltd on their £22 million sale to Gooch & Housego PLC, a specialist manufacturer of optical components and systems.

Advised the management team on their management buyout of PFPR Communications Limited.

Advised MetOcean Telematics on its acquisition of Domo Tactical Communications’ Tagging, Tracking and Locating (TTL) business.

Successfully advising the Iprism management team on the management buyout of the business.
