I am a business, research and communications professional with a career across charitable, cultural and professional services organisations.
My role at Cripps is to champion our purpose to be the difference for our clients, people, planet and community. By owning and managing our B Corp business impact assessment, I ensure we deliver on what we say we will do and find ways to constantly learn and improve.
I am inspired by the professional and proactive role our lawyers play in helping businesses thrive through change. My primary goal is to find best practice in sustainable business, facilitate learning within our firm and monitor governance to connect our purpose to our strategic objectives. I sit alongside the chair of our purpose committee and work closely with our senior partner.
