I am an associate in the property disputes team, working on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate disputes.
I advise clients on both residential and commercial real estate disputes, providing guidance from the initial stages to final resolution. I focus on identifying practical, commercially sound solutions tailored to each client’s objectives, with an emphasis on clear and strategic advice.
Prior to joining the firm I trained and qualified in a leading property litigation team in Newcastle upon Tyne where I gained hands-on experience dealing with matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, commercial and residential possessions, dilapidations, disrepair and service charge arrears recovery for a broad client base including landlords, retail tenants and developers.
