Max Lavender-Brown

I work closely with owner-managers, management teams, founders, investors and private equity on a range of matters including company sales, acquisitions, investments and group restructurings. I am experienced in managing deal processes, coordinating advisers and driving transactions forward to achieve timely and successful outcomes.

I take a proactive, commercially minded approach to my work, seeking to understand each client’s business and objectives in depth. This enables me to anticipate issues, navigate risk effectively and deliver pragmatic, tailored advice aligned with my clients’ strategic goals.

Alongside my everyday work, I am also co-chair of the firm’s Future Leaders Group, which hosts networking events for junior professionals across London and the Southeast. In this role, I help to organise and run events aimed at connecting and supporting ambitious professionals across the region.
