Assisted owners of properties to assess options and maximise recovery from tenants in liquidation, administration or under voluntary arrangements, dealing with over 100 different processes.
Helped a well-known tenant company to make a seven-figure saving by successfully meeting tricky repairing, payment and other lease compliance conditions for breaking its lease.
Helped a shopping centre owner obtain possession of part of a centre for redevelopment, as well as helping other landlords obtain future flexibility through redevelopment break options.
Helped a public sector tenant make a multimillion pound saving on a dilapidations claim on exiting a building that it had occupied for 40 years.
