I’m an associate in the private wealth team where I provide easily digestible advice on a range of private client matters and prioritise practicality in the face of complex issues.
I advise UK and international clients across a wide spectrum of private client matters with a focus on probate, estate administration, tax planning and powers of attorney. I am an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). With experience in advising clients in relation to contested estates, I am able to effectively manage estates with contentious elements and to advise clients on how best to minimise the risk of disputes arising from their Wills.

Prepared deed of variation and deed of gift following unexpected disposition of client’s parents’ estates after she had been added to the title of their residence decades earlier ensuring desired disposition of estate achieved whilst protecting client against personal exposure to tax.
Carried out a review of client’s business portfolio and advised on likely availability of business relief on assets held within the business before then preparing tax efficient Wills for the client.
Successfully applied for quick succession relief on estate which had entitlement to inheritance from another taxable estate, leading to substantial reduction in inheritance tax liability
