Nicole Cameron

Legal Director

Planning

I am a legal director in the planning team, specialising in all aspects of town and country planning law, advising both private and public sector clients on a broad range of development projects, including commercial, residential, mixed-use and regeneration schemes.

My experience encompasses negotiating complex planning obligations, advising on planning appeals and judicial review, and guiding clients through every stage of the planning process from initial site appraisal to implementation.

I am particularly focused on delivering commercially informed, strategic advice. Effective planning advice extends beyond the statutory framework and requires a clear understanding of planning policy, political context and market considerations. I work closely with clients and consultant teams to identify pragmatic solutions, manage risk and unlock development opportunities, ensuring advice is clear, decisive and aligned with clients’ objectives.
