Advised a quoted Premier League football club on its recommended takeover offer by an overseas buyer.
Acted for a property development company on a number of joint ventures with a UK housebuilder to carry out residential development projects in the south east of England.
Advised a NASDAQ electronics company on the combination of its UK and Dutch holding structures by way of cross border merger.
